@jfheath In looking at my XT I see a total of 11 unsaved tracks listed.
First track is dated September 16, 2022.
Last track is dated December 30, 2022.

When looking at the file structure using Android File Transfer, in the GPX>Archive folder I only see:
16.GPX
17.GPX
18.GPX

I have used the XT with the provided charging cable with the car mount, and it worked fine. Stayed on for the entire trip and never dimmed. It is possible, but not as easy as past models... If you export a gpx file of a track to Explore, you can open the track using the Explore icon on the Zumo and then convert the track to a trip. When choosing to convert a track to a trip, the XT will ask you if you want it start to finish, or finish ...

This is part of the reason why I like the Explore Website and app. Waypoints and tracks can be saved in collections. You can choose to display collections on the map, or not. Thus eliminating the cluttering of the screen when you are not engaged in things that relate to that collection.

Connect the power lead of the cradle direct to the battery. Ride the bike as normal See if the problem persists (I doubt that it does) This will eliminate the Zumo and the Power connection as the possible source of the problem. My guess is that it is a Triumph issue in the Switched Power supply line...

First thing to check is polarity of the wiring from the cradle to the battery. If it is reversed, you won't get power to the cradle. It must be connected correctly to the battery.
