Good day;
I get the following error when I start Basecamp (latest version):
"There was a problem communicating with the Zumo XT
An error occured while reading the following file(s):
gpx/current.gpx"
Anybody know what I did wrong and/or how to correct this error?
Thanks for any and all help;
Gord
Basecamp Startup Error
Re: Basecamp Startup Error
Any hint as to where the file is that needs to be deleted? I don't see a gpx folder or current.gpx file. Using Windows 10.

Re: Basecamp Startup Error
I've always had better luck with the 595 by having the computer do one thing at a time. I open BaseCamp and wait. It's a slow process. After a few minutes I plug my device in and wait again. It's an even slower process this time. Sometimes it can take upwards of 6 to 8 minutes for everything to work correctly.
