I solved it!
The problem was caused by an unsuccessful installation. Some files were probably corrupted.
Connect the GPS to the PC.
First step: The "C:\ProgramData" folder must be visible.
Second step: Go to "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps". Delete the City_Navigator_Europe_NT_2025_10.gmap file. Also go ...

I'm trying to update maps on my new PC with win 11
I updated the maps on the GPS (memory card). Everything OK.I can't download the maps to my PC.
I don't have any NT maps loaded into BaseCamp. Only NTU.

I downloaded the file TripManager-main.zip. It's the only one I found. I can't find the file setup_TripManager.exe. Maybe I need to download another file? Can you send me a link?

The problem is only for that. I uninstalled the other versions. Now I have only the latest ntu version, 2025.10.I can't find the NT.
