Same here. I have mac mid 2011 and zumo XT. Garmin Express will offer to download map on computer but when I do, nothing happens, bar with download speed, percentage, time is not moving. I restarted everything, it doesn’t work.

Glad you managed to find the maps. You need to make sure that your Zumo and Basecamp are both using the same version of the map. I notice that you still have two other versions on the computer - check that Basecamp is showing the correct map on the menu bar drop down selection box.
Also - if you load routes that have been created using the older maps, make sure to recalculates them for the newer map if you wish to transfer to the Zumo again.

Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !

Just an update, I got so fed up with Basecamp that I've now converted to My Route App, what a revelation! So much easier to use and the option to overlay Michelin or Google maps is a joy.
