Having Garmin zumo XT problems? there is loads of help and advice in this forum

Sorry if this is a stupid question but can i use Mapsourse on the XT

Short answer is no. Mapsource does not recognize the XT.
Basecamp does.
You can save routes, waypoints etc as a gpx file and copy then straight into the GPX folder on the XT.
Detailed instuctions are in the manual.
