radarusa we will carry on conversation on here rather than pm as others could contribute if need be
How long are you waiting after clicking to download the manual? Wondering if it could be slow connection with you been in the USA and the server in the UK!
Also what browser are you using? Could you try another to see if it's a browser issue
Also any pop up blockers active?

Maybe a link for US users would be better.

While that may work it doesn't resolve the issue of not being able to download from the forumdave726 wrote: ↑15 Jun 2018 00:53 Maybe a link for US users would be better.

Sure, ok, the link dave726 provided works just fine. I am using chrome and have checked the settings several times, I have also allowed this forum in all chrome settings. I tried explorer and the same thing happens, after clicking the link the browser just sits there and does nothing, the little icon just spins, I am not sure how long it will spin as I usually stop it about 5 minutes after it starts.
Thanks

Re: Zumo User Manual Downloads
For me, the manual starts the pdf reader after downloading in just a few seconds from either your server or the Garmin USA server. But I'm on an 80mbps fiber link. My Ping times are also low.
Another thing to try:
Right-click, select Save Target As and see if both locations save the file easily. That could indicate a problem with the pdf reader for your browser. But it wouldn't explain why the Garmin server works and ZumoUserForums doesn't
See how responsive your link to each server is:
PS C:\Users\dave817> ping www.zumouserforums.co.uk

Thanks dave726
Ping times will be pretty high compared to a USA based server as long as the forum is not overly slow then things should be fine
