harley gts and zumo 595

I have a 2020 Harley GTS and am trying to get the zumo to feed thru the radio I put the accessory 3.5 mm plug on the cb plug and plugged into the zumo audio out and still no audio to the radio anyone ????

You mean the Harley "Audio Jack Jumper" part #69200610 ?

You need to get the Stealership to enable it now with the Digital Tech. Won't work until they do.

I can see the plug in the choice of options in the fm xm etc window but inop

There's a good possibility that the flash hasn't been done using the correct settings. I don't know the GTS, but with the GT it isn't obvious which boxes have to be ticked to get it working properly.
