Which version of Basecamp?

Looks like Basecamp 4.6.2 is the recommended version to use when browsing around here.

Does this still hold true?

I've kept on it as I can still view waypoints in Google Earth from 4.6.2.

Do you all just deal with update notifications? I've installed 4.6.2 on another laptop and it's reminding me now.

There is a way to stop this happening but I can't recall how as I did it a while ago, sorry, but if you look through the posts in the Garmin BaseCamp forum you should find it.

I get the reminder every half dozen or so times I log in, and gets ignored each time.

I just went in to my firewall and changed a setting to deny Basecamp access to the internet.

I’ve updated BaseCamp and Just realized that I lost the Google Earth view Option. I know there’s been an issue anyway with opening your routes in GE... but, where can I get the legacy 4.6.2 version PC download? TIA
