Hello everyone,
I am from Cuiabá, Mato Grosso in Brazil. I recently acquired an XT2. This equipment is still uncommon in my country; Garmin hasn't even released the maps for South America yet. I have previously owned the 395 and 396 models, both of which had sudden shutdown issues. It seems that the XT2 also has the same difficulties.

Greetings @WalmirOribe . Welcome to the forum from the Southeastern USA. There are a number of knowledgeable folks on the XT2 forum who are working to figure that new device out.
