Unit asking if I want to delete all data

Unit Powers up and asks if I want to delete all user data, when I say yes or no it takes me to the same screen asking me to select local but won't allow me to go any further

hold your thumb on the bottom right corner and do a reboot while turning on keep your finger there till it says reboot or something like that
