Zumo XT map detail gone and can't calculate route

Zumo XT was working fine for months and suddenly the map street detail is gone. It only shows major roads now. Just blank when I zoom in. It's very strange. Also it won't calculate any routes...just says can't calculate route every time. I have reset the darn thing and added a 256gb SD card and still no change. Any ideas before I send it back to Garmin?

The only thing I can think of to check is the enabled maps. Go to Settings > Map & Vehicle > myMaps and make sure the CN North America NT map is ticked. Also, I have read on this forum about problems resulting from multiple navigable maps being enable. I don't know how those problems present themselves so in the event the you have other navigable maps, these are the maps I have enabled:

National Parks v2
TopoActive PS NA, US
North America DEM
CN North America NT All US
CN North America NT Parkopedia

I don't have CN North America NT Foursquare enabled by choice but I know that it is ok to enable with the ones listed above.
As far as I know, only the CN North America NT All US is used in calculating routes.

Also in Map & Vehicle are options for setting map detail and map layers although I don't think anything in those options would cause what you describe.
