Naming Waypoints and Shaping points.

So I've created a route on Basecamp. I've renamed all the Waypoints and Shaping Points. 1 - 10

When I transfer the route over to the Zumo, it has defaulted back to the original BC names which mean nothing to me.

Any idea how to get the names I want on the actual Zumo??

Just been on the phone to Garmin support....seems it doesn't do it...Design fault.

If it really matters to you then it's possible to edit the gpx file

Useful more than important....How do you edit the file??

There are numerous editors around, this one seems popular https://www.gpxeditor.co.uk/ , but a google search will throw up many more.

A gpx file can be opened and edited with any text editor. The tricky part is figuring out what to edit.
