Maps corrupted after update

Did an update last night, and now getting Maps are Corrupted message despite both the XT and the Garmin Express advise everything is up to date.

Have gone to Express and done updates, but still corrupted. Refreshed City Navigator 2024.10 maps but still displaying corrupted maps! What more can I do?

Did the update on Friday and made the (beginners) error to have Basecamp and Express both active.
Closed Basecamp and restarted Express, reconnected the XT, and all went fine.

I have plugged the XT in to Garmin Express again all updates done,it didn’t flag up about the corrupted maps,clicked on map details,city navigator europe 2024.10 options,reinstall…….still getting the box up corrupted maps,

I can see the maps,all my saved routes appear to work and i get voice instructions,this was all done walking about the garden,not actually tested on the bike yet.

……Reinstalled the maps again,still getting the corrupt maps message,went out on the bike,everything still works,saved routes on my gps,keyed in a post code,all voice instructions,speed camera warnings ect…ect…..just keep getting the error message on boot up,not the end of the world i know,but a tad annoying,so i have emailed Garmin support.

Maybe it's not the CN map that is corrupted. Do you have any third party maps installed? Have a look in Settings, Map&Vehicle, myMaps

You could also run JaVaWa's device Manager to see if that detects an issue https://www.javawa.nl/jdm_en.html
