I say again, I am using a Win11 HP laptop and a Win11 Toshiba laptop with zero problems with Garmin Express, Base Camp, an XT, a 595 and a nuvi780. No updates or patches necessary.

Running Windows 11 on an unsupported AMD cpu. BaseCamp and Express work fine.
