No 'Next Turn' display on Zumo 590LM

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a 590LM and am just coming to grips with it.

No matter what I try, I just can't get the next turn icon to appear anywhere on the map

I've updated everything to the latest versions using Express & even reset everything back to factory settings at least twice, but nothing seems to work.

I can enter a destination & allow the GPS to determine it's own route, but when I start to navigate all I see is a magenta route line on the map & white arrows at upcoming intersections... no direction information.

Would anyone be able to help ?

Try a master reset.
