XT stopped receiving texts

Does your phone get an alert when a message comes in from her ?
ST1300A9 - Currently: Zumo 590/5 and Zumo XT - Previous: Zumo 550 and Zumo 660.
BTM03 module to provide Bluetooth link to Autocom. XT paired up to Android Smartphone

The text comes thru to the phone but there is no alert on the phone or the Zumo. There is an alert when anyone else sends a test.

Thank you Mr. Heath! I finally found the item that pertained to the wife's contact that was turned off. All good now!
