Garmin Express and MS KB5003254

There is a post on the Garmin forum about the June Microsoft KB5003254 .NET Framework security update breaking Garmin Express (it stops recognizing devices). Only two individuals reported the problem so far but both stated that uninstalling KB5003254 solved the problem. I haven't seen any reports of the problem here but would like to hear from folks who have KB5003254 installed. GE 7.6.0.0 was the version mentioned in that discussion.
