Service History missing from Apps in 2020 XT

Service History missing from Apps in 2020 XT
Hi guys - Service History was a compelling reason for new XT. Now I turn on brand new (updated) unit but it's not in the Apps list. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Well I ll be damned. Option appeared in list on restart. False alarm for my first post doh.
