Zumo XT, iPhone 7 and Sena 10u

I have a 5 month old XT which has decided that it will connect to my iPhone and Sena but then disconnect straight away. I have deleted the pairings, then repaired everything turning the Sena on first, letting the phone connect then firing up the Zumo. The Zumo is paired to the Sena as the GPS as advised by Garmin, but it just goes in a circle. If I open the settings it shows it connecting then disconnecting with the Sena telling me that each time which gets annoying. Sometimes, like this morning it all works for a while but then after turning it all off for say petrol or tea it goes into this problem. I think the Bluetooth unit is faulty as I can’t seem to find anything like this on here or via the web. It is going back to Garmin for testing but I don’t hold much hope of them finding anything wrong. Anyone else had a similar problem?

Well it seems my XT had a problem as it is being replaced. Hopefully that should solve my problems.
