Zumo 390 crashing

On a trip a few weeks ago, folowing a trip planner route my 390 started shutting off without warning and booting back up. I had navigated off route as on off the roads turned out to be gravel. Instead of letting the Zumo recalculated I zoomed out and found my own detour. that is when the crashhing started. it crashed 4 or 5 times before I let it recalculate. After that all worked well for the remainder of the route as well as the rest of the 1500 mile trip.

I had the same thing happen with my Z550. It turned out to be a damaged power supply from the bike's battery.
