CN EU 2022.10 NTU wont unlock , Anyone any ideas why

Sorry can't help, but I am having the same problem on the iMac.

Unlocked okay on the XT but locked on the computer.

Have been in contact with Garmin and so far they haven't been able to help

This is a known issue that Garmin are aware of and are working on.

Me too. I just updated and although they're unlocked on my 595 they're locked on my laptop.

Always worked for me in over 10 years of using Garmins, including handhelds. Try deleting the maps from your PC and reinstall using Express.

Any guidance o how to delete the maps so that I can try a reinstall? Can't do it through the "Manage Map Products". I'm on Windows10.

OK, never mind. I did it through the Control Panel. And then went through the installation process....twice because it failed the first time. It's all unlocked now.
