Deleting Old Routes

I have tried to delete old routes.
I managed to get rid of my old fav's, but it always seems to find "new routes found, Import"?
I am trying to start fresh, but just cannot seem to get rid of the old routes.
Ideas? Help?

You need to go into the GPX folder and delete all your .gpx files.
