CN 2020.20 EU Windows 11 map update issue

Hi Peeps
If someone has installed windows 11 (Not Mac) on their PC did you suffer a continuous Fail to load X red box etc. Seems that Microsoft will not allow change of settings even though you request that they affect change.
So has anyone successfully loaded Basecamp Mapping after installing Windows 11 Microsoft.? I had basecamp on before and all was fine and dandy before Microsoft took control.
I'm no Tec Savvy but can follow instructions.

I've recently installed W11 to my new laptop, no problems installing Mapsource and Basecamp, and the latest mapping NT 2022.1, (and NTU 2022.2).

I remember a similar struggle when I upgraded my system, and it felt like Microsoft was calling all the shots. As for Basecamp Mapping, have you tried reaching out to their support? Sometimes they have workarounds for compatibility issues with new OS updates

Windows 11 has an S mode, commonly installed on new PC's. This mode prevents any program from running that is not an app from the Microsoft store. I suggest checking to make sure your Win11 is not running in S mode. A web search will provide plenty of hits on how to check it.
