I am running Sequoia 15.6.1. And, I have had similar issues (not many) before with other applications.

Ok, I don't know how but I got the screen to show on the screen. So..... issue has been resolved.

You can install them to your Mac using Express, then you won't need to connect your Zumo. JaVaWa's GMTK program would enable you to transfer your maps but it doesn't work with later versions of the Mac

So, far the only answer I have found is that if I have my Garmin 595 connected to the computer and I launch Basecamp, I can "use the maps on the GPS" for Basecamp.
Actually the maps are already installed in Basecamp but having the GPS attached apparently authorizes the program's use of the map ...
