I have updated my 2 devices with no problems, both still full Europe maps.

• Camper 660

Yes, I have checked a few times to see if it has changed yet - I had contacted support again yesterday (this time by email rather than the Chat line) so I am waiting to hear from them. It's not a huge problem at the moment as its not being used in the near future, but still a little frustrating ...

Frustratingly, still the same for me - here is a pic of the only Map options I have!

Yes that is dissapointing.
All I can say is the entire fix was at the Garmin end, I just updated the device when Garmin support said to and a new map update was available immediately.

It has been fixed (at least for me).
Plug in again and there should be another map update. This time full Europe, if you click on View Details.
Thanks to Garmin Support.

Next map update I will remember to check the detail (Southern or full Europe) before going ahead.

I think the minimum they should do is downgrade you to the CN Europe 2023.10 maps.

I do expect Garmin to fix this, just not as a priority.

I put a new MicroSD card in and the "cant unlock maps" went away but now I have just CN Southern Europe maps

Garmin did respond to support requests and produced a fix.

just seen a post on a Garmin forum, member there had the same issue and resolved it by removing all maps and then doing a reinstall with Express.


I have no way to remove maps from my Zumo 350LM.
I have seen the screenshot on the 4th post of this thread but my Express looks nothing like that ...
