Sound Issues - Sena Neotec 2

Well my SRL was replaced (very quickly) and it still does not overlay the sat nav instructions over music etc. Looking through the manual it is not clear if it should do this so I am still none the wiser. It should overlay mesh but I don’t use that yet I just want it to do like my 10U did! This appears to be a backward step.

I followed that but no joy. I’ve heard back from Sena and it has to be paired as a mobile phone. Weird!
