What do you do to pay the bills?
Re: What do you do to pay the bills?
I am a manager in a logistic company, 5 years ago managed to buy a real estate on the French Riviera https://tranio.com/france/cote_d_azur/ and now I happily rent it out for about 10-11 month of average and spend my vacations there when it's free of clients. Brings some good money I must say.

Vertical transportation engineer here. Aka elevator technician. Also an electrician by trade for over 30 years, 12 of those in vertical transportation. My job really is the culmination of my electrical background and mechanical mindedness. Makes it easy to service all my bikes.

33 years in optical effects for film, audio-visual for corporate events and finally running the networked audio-visual and computer systems at The Canadian Museum for Human Rights...very happily retired at 63, now I just ride as much as I can & play with our maine coon cats the rest of the time..

Another bus driver here. I was only going to do it for six months. That was 27 years ago.
Eight years of my sentence left (Hopefully)

Trained as a precision Instrument maker in the 60's, then many years in less precision engineering. Last 30+ years as an excavator driver (even less precision). Now after 3 years of retirement, intending to do more European touring on my GL 1800 Goldwing I find myself in hospital recovering from a very big Bowel cancer surgery! Progress is slow and steady Cheers, Pete.
