I have the same experience

cold start (turn gps on by switched power from bike):
the buttons are active in 20 seconds
I can zoom in and out on map, skip song or get route info (my settings)

When I select a preprogrammed route, calculating takes long
AND..... ZOOM in and ZOOM out dont work. (skip ...
