I also tried to press it for 2 minutes.

Just bought a second hand 660LM.
The seller said it did not start and needed a factory reset.

Oops, I found out what was wrong.
One SD card was Fat32, the other one NTFS. That last one didn't work the way I wanted.
So...I formatted to Fat32, copied the maps on it, deleted the gmapprom on the device and now it all works fine !
