It's good to know that there are a few more people experiencing this and that other ways of getting round the problem are being explored. (Actually it's a bad thing that it is a widespread problem, but you know what I mean !).

New XT user, although I’ve been using Garmin navs since my i3 :)
Just discovered the forum after googling for a solution to some weird behaviour on my first ride using a ‘route’ rather than just a simple endpoint.
It turns out that I’m not the first so hope, it’s ok to post to this thread ...
