With lots of fiddling, I have determined that my USB connector will charge the battery, but not pass data. If I hold the cable 'just so' it will pass data too but that's a bit of a pain. (yes, I've tried different cables)

I did it again: I installed 2020.3 to my PC and Zumo 660 using my regular (not administrator) account. Now the map is locked in my account and unlocked in my administrator account. Online unlock doesn't work.

I fixed that problem on my 660 by cleaning the contacts on the GPS and the pins on the mount. I didn't do anything to the USB port.

Are you suggesting that the map downloads TWICE for simultaneous PC and device update?
