So I need to pick the +12V/Gnd pins on the cradle connector (I want to build a smartphone holder -with Qi charger- out of a spare cradle cove)

I found somewhere on the net the attached diagram showing 15-16 as gnd and 17-18 as pwr pins.

But on my cradle, I don't find any voltage between ...
