I have a problem with the traffic info on my XT.
The traffic info was unreliable so I turned off all traffic alerts in the XT settings but they still pop up on the screen from time to time.
How can I completely stop the traffic alerts appearing?

I see lots of folders when I hook up the Nuvi including the Garmin folder but the xml file is nowhere to be seen.

That's the problem, I don't get Configuration & Settings on the Nuvi diagnostics page.

I no longer seem to be able to access the system files on my zumo XT or my old Nuvi 2360 when they are hooked up to the PC.
In particular I want to access the xml file on my Nuvi.
Has something been changed by Garmin to block access to these files?

I didn't have a SD card in there.
I have now deleted everything from the GPX folder and that finally got rid of previous routes etc.

Now I have got used to my XT I am going to sell my 595LM and have just done a factory reset on it. All my favourites have been wiped but if I go into the Trip Planner there is still the option to import some previously used routes. How can I wipe all traces of previous routes so they can not be ...

I finally got around to try and sort out why this was happening!
It seems the problem was caused by the XT being connected to my phone, I disabled the Bluetooth and then was able to install the maps to my PC.
