Is there a way to stop Zumo XT synching favourites and ending up with multiple identical entries on the XT?

Yes I did a full shutdown then restarted the Zumo but it made no difference, I still get unwanted traffic alerts.

My XT has an intermittent problem with the Bluetooth disconnecting then sometimes, but not always, reconnecting.
It has been like this for quite a while.
Is the Bluetooth on the XT2 reliable or does that also have problems?

I have a problem with the traffic info on my XT.
The traffic info was unreliable so I turned off all traffic alerts in the XT settings but they still pop up on the screen from time to time.
How can I completely stop the traffic alerts appearing?

I see lots of folders when I hook up the Nuvi including the Garmin folder but the xml file is nowhere to be seen.

That's the problem, I don't get Configuration & Settings on the Nuvi diagnostics page.

I no longer seem to be able to access the system files on my zumo XT or my old Nuvi 2360 when they are hooked up to the PC.
In particular I want to access the xml file on my Nuvi.
Has something been changed by Garmin to block access to these files?

My UK market XT was damaged at the start of my USA cross country trip and I've had to buy a new XT to continue with the trip but this one, bought in the US, obviously has USA mapping installed and different firmware to my UK XT,
