I have a 590 whihc has been updated to the 595 firmware (maybe software), i have paired it to my Sena10s, if i use the media player the sound is fine, for directions the sound the terrible, is this a Zumo issue and can i improve it?

Should i revert to the 590 firmware

The intercom and phone clarity is fine.

Any suggestions welcome

Try connecting aas normal, then disable you BT on the zumo and reenable. It worked a lot of the time for me

BT = Bluetooth
