Frustrated UK new member here.

Hi all
Joined up to see if its possible to sort out the varying issues regarding map updates, wrong maps (maybe), resetting, and how to stop it asking me to spell State/province and then always telling me 'no matches found'

I will peruse previous postings first though and then come back

I Had the same issue and it was a corrupted map file. Re-downloaded it, loaded to my Zumo and all is now fine.
