I'm trying to update maps on my new PC with win 11
I updated the maps on the GPS (memory card). Everything OK.I can't download the maps to my PC.
I don't have any NT maps loaded into BaseCamp. Only NTU.
Any help?

I solved it!
The problem was caused by an unsuccessful installation. Some files were probably corrupted.
Connect the GPS to the PC.
First step: The "C:\ProgramData" folder must be visible.
Second step: Go to "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps". Delete the City_Navigator_Europe_NT_2025_10.gmap file. Also go to the "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map\Map_Map.EUNT.2025.10" folder and delete the file.
Third step: Open Garmin Express as administrator. Choose to install on your PC in the suggested path.
Done!
