Can´t type street names (some letters are shaded)

When I search for an address, after entering the city name and confirming it in the list (in my country, there are cities with the same name), the keyboard blocks or restricts some letters, and I can't select street or avenue names. My map is updated to 2026, and the firmware is also up to date. What could be happening?

I seem to recall my 590 doing the same thing. Letters became shaded when there were no names in the search area using those letters. If I entered M-A-I, and the only streets beginning with those letters were Main and Maize, all the letters except N and Z would be unavailable.
