Zumo 660 no data available

I have a zumo 660 with was working fine till recently, when I turn it on it all load up normally but I tried to search for address it comes up with
No data available ? And when I look for my custom routes nothing is there is there anyway to recover data or load up open source maps please ? I’ve need had a problem before

Are your maps still available? Have you tried to reinstall your maps via Garmin express. You can load open source maps onto a Garmin. Either by using MKmap and splitter. Or from one of the myriad maps already available.
