Zumo 595 Map update Issue

Hy.
I need a lot of help from you. I have a Zumo 595 navigation system that I use on my motorcycle but I can't update the map. After Express downloads the map and starts copying it, it says: There was an error installing the update. What could be the problem?
When I try to download it to my computer, it doesn't work. I'm completely at a loss as to what could be the problem
Could it be some kind of authentication problem? All other minor updates that are available can be installed without any problems.
Windows 10 is up to date, Garmin Express is updated. It has a 16gb Sd card formatted to Fat32 and I tried updating it without it. Should I try an older version of Express? Or is there a way to reset the map? It's missing towards Europe unfortunately
