If I install my XT motorcycle mount power wires to an always hot 10 amp accessory lead in the headlight bucket, can I install this
chrome handlebar switch between the mount and the always on accessory leads?

I don't see why not. I did a similar thing but using a rocker switch in the dashboard. I liked the idea of independant control of power to the XT.

Wait, what? A $50 switch which should be about $10 most? Ridicules. Buy on Amazon lol
