Cannot unlock maps! ZUMO XT

I have tried to plan a route, but I get prompts saying ‘ No Map Data’ & ‘Cannot Unlock Maps’
I have tried a reset with no success.
I am stuck now what to do?

Further to the last, when I try to reinstall maps it stalls on 25.5% with 50 mins remaining.?

If you updated maps wireless, try updating via Garmin Express

Success! Thank you. Hard wired to PC & Garmin Express. Re installed U.K. City maps.
