Garmin Express v7.18.4 is available for PC today. If you would like to update to the latest version, please visit “About” within the Settings of the Express application and select “Check for Updates to Express.” This version includes the following changes:

• Resolved an issue with Epix devices not being detected.

Offered to me when I fired up Express. Express seems to have a new update every week and I'm curious why.

Express is used by many different Garmin devices.
There is an update every time a new device is introduced.
There is an update every time any device has a problem with the current version of Express.
There might be an update if new firmware on any of the devices has a problem with Express.
An update to Express to fix one problem can create new problems on one or more devices, requiring another update, which can create a new problem on a different device, requiring...

I don't update Express if I can avoid it, and I don't update a working Zumo unless I can risk having it out of service for several weeks.
