Hi, sorry but no help but in case it helps others usually the files can be downloaded from here http://gawisp.com/perry/zumo/ but your model is not listed.

Just looked at my 346.
I've got V 3.10 but I wouldn't have a clue how where you would find it.
Do different countries use different versions for some reason?

it would reside in [Garmin Device Drive] "X:/.system" as a gupdate.gcd file as you download it into the device

I just WiFied the update Saturday. Works pretty well.

Yes, for reasons unknown, garmin express doesn't allow me to update to V3.20...
Keeps indicating that i have the latest firmware...

Contacted Garmin Support via chat.
They were very helpful and emailed me the v3.20 update file.
Funny thing was that the agent told me the latest update was v3.10 but when i updated it was actually v3.20.
Hope V3.20 resolves the frequent device reboot when phone is connected via bluetooth
