WiFi update downloads never work if Bluetooth is enabled

Every time I fire up the XT to check for updates, the same thing always happens: I get the "Updating device. Do not unplug" message, and NOTHING HAPPENS.

After 4-5 minutes (trying to be patient), I then press and hold the power button to reboot it - and after going into the wireless/network settings and disabling Bluetooth, I once again go to check for updates and the download/installation proceeds without a hitch.

Is it only me? Is this a documented process, or what?

Not a known issue AFAIK. My update function works when Bluetooth is enabled.

Having BT enabled on my phone reduces the data rate from my home wifi to a crawl, must be interference between the 2 signals, wonder if that's your issue?

Interesting thought about interference. I have dual-band WiFi at home (2.4 and 5 GHz) but I'd wager the Zumo only uses 2.4GHz band, which is the prime range for interference from Bluetooth.

No issue on my end with WiFi Updates while Bluetooth is enabled. Linksys Velop Mesh home tri-band wifi setup - Simultaneous Tri-Band (2.4Ghz + 5GHz + 5GHz)

I think it's definitely a local issue because everything works correctly on my end with Bluetooth enabled.

Ditto. I was curious so I updated via wifi with Bluetooth on and connected to my phone with Garmin Drive app active. No problem with the update at all.

Just updated via wifi earlier this week no issue.
