396 won't power up - SOLVED
396 won't power up - SOLVED
I connected my Zumo 396 to my Windows PC to load some routes with Baecamp. It was showing as fully charged. I disconnected to turn it own to import the new routes but it won't power on. I also tried it in it's cable on the motorcycle and nothing.

Try holding in the power button for a long time........ > 30 seconds. That can work on other Zumos
I don't know if you can disconnect the battery on a 396, but I have had success with that on a 590.

Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !
