Imported Trips Not in Sequential Order

Post by PaulaRay »

I have several routes listed on my 595LM under Imported Trips that I would like to change the order they're in manually as well as sequential. Is that possible? Thanks

I usually number my trips to put them in order.

Thanks for the help..... I number mine as well but, the order is all mixed up. I can't figure out how to move them into ascending order. Thanks again.

They might be sorted by date / time of the start of the trip in your 590.

They get sorted by route name, not file name, at least on my 660. So the trick is to go in and put numbers in the actual route name in the GPX file. Only takes a minute or two using a plain text editor. Look for the following tags in the GPX file: <rte> then <name>. Like this:

<rte>
<name>1.Catskills Shawangunks Ride</name>

Thanks Danham, I will give that a try.... Hopefully that will do the trick. I'll report back once I get to it. Thanks again, appreciate it.
