XT charging capabilities
New guy, sorry for the ignorant question. I am planning on buying a new Zumo XT to mount on my '21 Suzuki DR650 and I'm curious if the XT will allow me to run a USB cable from it to my cell phone to keep it charged??......no sense in wiring in 2 power leads from the battery to the handlebars, 1 for the XT and 1 for my phone if the XT will charge my phone as well. Thx.

Welcome to the forum. The answer to your question is no, the XT does not have the capability to provide power to your. BTW, you should post XT specific questions in the "Garmin Zumo XT" area of this forum. There are a lot of knowledgeable people there who may not be subscribed to or attentive to the Newbies area of the forum.
