Can anyone tell me what the yellow symbol (Looks like a head and body) is next to a route name in basecamp

It’s that you have selected activity ‘none’; if you double click on route you can change activity near top right to,for example, Driving or Motorcycling etc

It's because you're using a custom activity .... although strangely Garmin call that 'none'

HMMM. I Couldn't get the route to transfer to the XT
although that's not entirely correct it transferred but didn't show up in trip planner.
it was a route originally made in Mapsource and transferred to BC.

Not sure why it wouldn't transfer but have you tried changing it in BaseCamp to motorcycling activity and then transferring it?

Make sure your Base Camp map selection is correct then recalculate it. Make sure the route didn't change. Now try to transfer.
