Speakers on when mounted on bike

There's probably a simple answer to this which I've missed, but for a while now I've noticed that when mounted on the bike the sound still comes out of the speakers as though the XT was mounted in the car. I don't think it's supposed to do that, but I don't know how to stop it.

It will be on if there is no other audio hooked to the unit. ...headset, etc.

Ah. Thank you. More often than not I connect to my Sena via Bluetooth, in which case no problem.
