GPX not transferring from Basecamp to device.

I have uploaded GPX to basecamp and see the route on the map on my PC. I am trying to send them to my device (garmin zumo 395) and on the PC, it looks like the transfer went thru but when I open the zumo, there is nothing there. Any thoughts or suggestions??

What does the file contain? If a route it'll be in the trip planner app.

Search around for something called My Data or the like. Then import the route, like opening an app from memory into RAM.

thank you for the replies!! It seems the files are actually tracks and not routes...that is my problem. I need to somehow convert the tracks to routes then I should be able to transfer . Fingers crossed!!!

In BaseCamp right click the track and there is an option to convert it to a route. Note though you are limited to 30 points in a route, although you can have 100s of shaping points.
